If you're referring to the 3090 ti Kingpin, it's now sold out.  Probably won't be available for purchase since this is a limited run for the 3090 ti Kingpin.

EVGA has always treated me right over the years, even with extremely frustrating problems - so, of course I had to pick up that juicy EVGA store deal for the 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra Hybrid. The games are just extra icing on top!

It's a good game bundle. DOOM Eternal was a day one purchase for me after playing the DOOM 2016 game which I had waited a bit to get because I wasn't that impressed with DOOM 3 and the monster closets. The new DOOM games though keep the action fast and while you can trigger a wave attack it always is fun in this one.

Does anyone know -- if I already own these games, can I activate them on our other steam account? Or do I have to do it from the machine the 3090ti is actually inside?

You'd likely have to install it in the other machine unless that machine has a 3080+ in it. Previous GeForce experience redemptions checked for the proper GPU for the promotion.

They have features to make sure that the card is inside the machine when you try to redeem the code but after the code is redeemed the game should be yours regardless of the hardware in the machine changing.

I got mine from Amazon, and they says EVGA is the one to provide me the code.
On the EVGA FAQ says it's only for purchase from evga.com.
Contacting NVidia, they say it's only Amazon. Then Amazon says it's the manufacture again and send me to EVGA.
 
Anyone knows how I can solve this?
 

According to the listings it is my understanding Amazon provides the code as long as the item was sold and shipped by them. Did you in fact purchase it from Amazon or through a seller on Amazon such as Antonline?

Unfortunately that is all the text says but it can be found under the details of the cards shipped and sold by Amazon:

I see a possible issue here, on the item I got that's not there, but Amazon is not selling anymore, probably out off stock, so only other sellers.
I'll contact them again with this info.

When I am trying to redeem the Year 1 Pass for Doom Eternal, I am being denied because I already have the base game in my Steam library that I bought months ago. I have contacted Nvidia support about the issue, but but was informed that Nvidia has no tools to help me resolve the problem. I am hoping that someone from EVGA’s side will be able to help me resolve this, as my expectation at the time of purchase was that I would be able to acquire Ghostwire Tokyo (which did successfully redeem to my account) and the DLC for Doom Eternal.

It’s really annoying that no one from Nvidia’s side (seems like they are running the promo) thought of this use case and made sure the deal still redeemed properly.

I have not tried making a new Steam account and redeeming both Doom Eternal and it’s Year 1 Pass, which may be a plausible workaround, but that would require me to also create another Nvidia account since the emails for your Nvidia and Steam accounts must match for the redemption to work.

Is there a time limit to redeem the code? I can't install my new card just yet.

I'm facing demons known as Amazon chat employees trying to get a code from them. I just bought a 3080 Ti XC3 yesterday and it's been a nightmare. They have no idea what I'm talking about. One of the employees actually offered me a full refund on my card because they were so puzzled. As far as I know, the promotion is still going on. Nvidia should probably stop leaving these promotions in the hands of third party retailers because it gets pretty wild out here sometimes.
