I want to go 3 way SLI plus have a sound card with this board.  There are the slots available to do this but I'm looking for a riser card that will bring the PCIe 1x slot to the slot in my case below the graphics cards, is there a riser card like this?

Without watercooling your graphics cards, this is likely not going to work.  If you can, it would be better to use a EVGA X58 SLI LE or a EVGA X58 SLI Classified.  Both of these motherboards give you an extra PCIE 16x type slot that you can place a PCIE 1x card in that slot.

There are some adventurous folding at home people who have experimented with PCIe risers. They're pretty expensive though for a PCIe 2.0 riser with a quality ribbon cable. Last I saw it was upwards of $50+ USD just for the riser. The ribbon on the riser card is going to be the limiting factor. They can't exactly be folded or twisted or mishandled to contort around and under another card. Maybe instead of putting the 1x PCIe on the riser, put the 16x PCIe one on it. that's what the FAH guys were doing in their experiments to see if they could jam as many 2 slot video cards as possible into motherboards.

That's where I got my idea, I saw that one pic a long time ago nick named the card milker or something like that if you remember.  I saw some that would work perfectly and had pretty long ribbons but they looked like they were for servers and intended for bulk purchases only.  But I'm looking for something more from a consumer store.  I don't mind spending around 50 bucks though because that's a hell of a lot cheaper then buying a whole new mobo.  I have been considering water though so if I go that way, I'll just drop my sound card where it belongs.
