Too many come to mind... can't name a single one because it's hard to compare them and say which is best.
I guess Mario 64, Skyrim and Outer Wilds are my favourites.

The game I enjoyed playing most is Halo. I still play lot's of video games, but I haven't found a game that made me feel like Halo days. The campaign, the mechanics, the nostalgia, all so amazing.

I'm not sure it is my absolute favourite, but it's up there: Sea of Thieves. I'm not great at the game and I'm not saying the game is the greatest ever...but during the last 15 months of pandemic, it has brought together 3 old friends from university and I on a regular basis to game and stream together as a means of social interaction and stress relief from the rigors of family and work life during these wild times. The sunsets and waves are stunning, the gameplay is fun,...but the company and memories formed by way of the game are what makes it one of my favourite.

For me it's got to be Witcher 3 or WoW. I read the witcher books and the games are absolutely fantastic, plus it helps that it's a Polish IP and I'm Polish :D. WoW I just have so many fond memories of.

I don't know if I'll ever recapture the feeling I had when I first logged into WoW and just spent hours exploring with my friends. I've since left the game entirely but jeez it was a ton of fun and for that will probably always hold a special place for me as my favorite.

I had a blast with the ETQW community. Making and playing mods and the combined efforts of a few to add objects and new vehicles was the best memories. Blender and Photoshop, trading models and textures , ah the good 'ol days!

Dead Cells, I'm a big fan of rouge-like/lites. The combat is super fluid, and the different builds and difficulty levels make each run feel different and fun.

Final Fantasy VIII
My first ever Final Fantasy game as well as my first proper introduction into JRPG's (not including Pokemon Blue).
It blew my mind how large the world was and how much you could customise characters with the junction system. Music is amazing and graphics for the time as well.
