It's been less than a month since I bought this card.
I have an office tg5 sharkoon in an environment with a temperature between 28 ~ 32 degrees (close case). Is it normal to reach temperatures of 79 ~ 80 degrees?
I'm trying to answer questions in support, but it's getting more and more confusing. I can not speak English. Support did not tell me whether or not I can restore the firmware, accidentally updated by an evga program (evga x1 precision).
Thank you all and sorry for my English.

Unfortunately it is not possible to roll back the firmware once it has been updated. Please confirm are these numbers Fahrenheit or Celsius?  Idle or under load?  If it is 80 C under load, then it is still considered a safe temperature.

Obrigado.

If you're seeing 82C load temps that's "high" but not unsafe.  If you want to see how "good" the airflow is in your case, you can always test with the side of your case off, and see if your temperatures are better, worse, or the same.

I would highly recommend if you have the space and a spare fan, to setup a 120-140mm fan under the GPU blowing OUT of the expansion slots of your case, this will push the hot air the GPU will otherwise recycle, out of the back of the case - it helped quite a bit with my load temps back when I had an air-cooled 3080 FTW3 Ultra.

I'm providing a new case, half open at the front (mesh). When I open the lid, I lose 5 degrees .... The problem will be the dust.
