Love it!!  However, I hope that this won't be a silent build - after all, loud pipes saves lives.

Now, if you can get that distinct stutter noise when you hit the power switch....

That vroom when hitting start up would just be too badass, I thought of that so hard, but I have no idea on how to accomplish it.

Very sweet idea for us HAF XB owners! I'm not into motocycles at all but this will look very nice!  You could put it next to the Ducati bike mod shown at CES

Very sweet fellow XBer, makes me kinda wish I had thought about painting my drive locks and brackets but they usually end up getting scratched a lot in my cases. What paint are you using?

sweet man. I have a maltese cross air cover and filter I took off a panhead, it sits on my desk, It woulda made a pissa cover for your build. whats great it is the type u can  remove plates from so it could sit tight to your case. :)
what else would be cool is grab a set of drag pips off fleabay but them down and put a tube in it with part of the side of the pipe cut out for liquid cooling :D
I thought of orange and black for a case motif . and or airbushing a flame paintjob on a case. if u search here u will see one of my bikes with my art work on it :)  classic flames with blue piping..
Nice job on the case man....

Bah, site not very iPhone friendly, can't quote posts.

Icetron, I'm using simple rustolic paint I picked up at Kmart for the orange, clear coat, and primer, ironicly it sprays better and smoother than the more expensive black I got from the auto store. I wasn't too worried about the brand of paint, the exterior will be getting a nice wax job plus buffing when all said and done, it's going to shine like a new car( or should I say bike)

To all others, thanks for the nice comments thus far, will update this thread in about 10 days when new work gets started.

    Enjoy

    Case feet update:

Many of you know FannBlade, if you don't, he is an excellent metal crafter and modder from OCN. he has agreed to make me some custom case feet and a kickstand for my mod here.
I'm 110% sure that his work will be nothing short of fantastic. I or he himself will keep you posted on the outcome of his work.

When deciding on what kind of feet I wanted, I really didn't see any striking options, even MNPC's aluminum feet (while still being badass)
So I decided to ask for help. Incoming update(s) as soon as they are ready.

Mind-blowing mods so far, and nothing against that killer AsRock mobo you plan on using - but this one is highly recommended, world-record Ivy-Bridge OC holder (7.1GHz!), quad-SLI, dual 8-pin CPU, onboard-mSATA and matches the H-D Orange & Black perfectly:

Let's hope it doesn't break down as much as HD's do!

A minor note, but I hope you're not going to run those fans very fast with those spikes hanging off them. They're more than likely already thrown off balance pretty badly, never mind spinning them at 2000+ RPM.

UP7 was the planned board, can't tint it anywhere though, I wanted it for two reasons, one is its bad ass looking, the other was: is there even a better board made!

As for the COUGAR fans, those are low speed 1000 RPMs

    Until next time, enjoy!
