1) The curve exaggerates reflections. 2) The curve limits viewing angles. 3) You need to be positioned in the sweet spot to get the most benefit. 4) The benefits really start if you have a TV that is 65" or bigger. 5) Curved look awkward when hanging on the wall. 6) Distortion: There are slight geometric distortions with a curved screen. Most notably, there can be a ‘bow tie’ effect where the edges are marginally stretched compared to the center.
