I just purchased a 14900k for my Z690 classified, does anyone have recommended settings for the voltages that can be posted here so I can try them out , I dont want this one to die prematurely.

14th gen is not supported by EVGA on Z690.

ilukeberry is correct, but the 14900K will likely boot and you can use the suggestions in this thread to try and get it running as well as possible, but it still may not be stable entirely and it won't get the latest microcode.

I ran 14900KF on my Z690 Dark but needed modified bios which someone made for the Z690 Dark Motherboard. It ran ok but you couldn't overclock it at all. I still have it so I could run it in my Z690 Dark and it would run just fine. But now I am running 13900KS. I didn't have any stabilty issues with it in my Z690 Dark Motherboard BObaganoosh.

Could you share the modded bios for the Z690 Dark that you used to get the 14900kf running?

Is 14900ks usable on z790 with offical biosses? Or should we stick with 13900k?

I believe it's usable with the latest BETA BIOS posted in the forums. Previous to the x129 and x12B microcode updates, you had to email EVGA support for access to a beta BIOS that worked with 14th gen. I am not 100% certain, but I believe the new beta BIOS versions posted include that functionality that was previously not posted anywhere and required contact to receive.
