Well mine blew again last night. RMA'D 3090, 2114. Popped again in the same manner as last time.

I'm so angry I can't see straight.

I have an EVGA FTW Ultra 3080 - anybody reported issues with those cards? I played yesterday with no issues... A little concerned now though about jumping back in...

Capping FPS does not work.
I had my FPS capped to 60 and still I got a black screen + fans revving up.
I was lucky and my PC booted again, but I will definitely not launch NW again until a fix is out.

I have already reported this to EVGA management by the way a few hours ago.

What about those of us who are now on our second, or possibly third and fourth, EVGA RMA's. The last time I had to pay for shipping and insurance, I had to drop over 200$ to overnight the card and insure it. I am NOT doing that again. EVGA needs to start picking up the tab for the costs they cut on their engineering side.

First Amazon does not sell anything but scalped cards, now their game is killing cards.  I wish Bezos stayed in space.

I wonder if this is a problem with EVGA FTW3 cards and the newest GeForce drivers. I've had my 3080 FTW3 Ultra since launch with no problems but yesterday while playing FFXIV, my system crashed and now it won't POST with my 3080 installed. I've been playing FFXIV and Warzone for the last couple of weeks (both of which push the card to 100% like normal) and have no issues. The only thing that's changed is I updated my drivers Monday night before I went to bed. 
 
I haven't played New World but it just seems like a coincidence. I hope we don't see a large amount of cards failing. 

I played yesterday for ~4 hours (including 2 client starts) on the "Very High" preset, no issues. Didn't set the in-game cap, I'm capped with g-sync at around 60.

Good to see this getting some news traction after LoL and Halo MCC killing cards was largely ignores except on forums.
