@everyone, I will try to add the HYDRO COPPER BIOS files next week.  I'm a bit loaded with projects this week.

2 weeks later. how's this coming?

Yeah, I have the files.  I just don't have the time, unfortunately.  I'll see what I can do, though.

A few projects of mine were pushed back overnight, so I'll update as much as I can today.

Good deal, and thank you. Question: would FTW3 hydro copper BIOS offer any advantage over an air card’s BIOS that a water block has been added to? Someone alluded to the HC version having a higher power limit.

Unlikely, since the cards do not have a higher power limit compared to air-cooled or HYBRID cards.  The HC cards also use a slightly different layout with SP caps near the memory chips for better waterblock mounting, which none of the other cards have.  Using the HC BIOS, then, could have some negative effects on non-HC cards due to different components.  On the other hand, if you have an HC card and want to try a different BIOS, I've been told that there shouldn't be any issues with the non-HC BIOS options; however, that's not a definite 100%.

Just curious, I Updated my Bios with the New LHR Bios's (Thank You :). Precision is still looks the same as it did before, saying I have a "GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra" nothing about "Hybrid",
is this normal? or am I missing something.
Thanks for all the hard work you guys do.

Well, at least my air card is an excellent overclocker with stock BIOS, and especially on water. Thanks for letting me know.
