Sorry for the long delay on this.  Looks like there's a compatibility issue between Windows and the application's color unit.  The team thinks it might be a couple weeks before they have a workaround for you guys.

Sorry for the delay here, but our team couldn't reproduce the issue that people are reporting.  Still, they tried a few things to see if it might make a difference.  Please give this beta driver a shot to see if it helps:

Correct.  It works for Windows 10 and 11.

That's weird. I have a NU Audio Pro and just did a clean Windows 11 install. Installed the software and was able to change my LEDs back to what I had them. Sucks some people are having issues. At least it doesn't look like everyone is affected by this.

Yup, performed a clean install of the beta diver. In the app, the LED section, the circle is changed to a square and I can change color.
