Second time I tried to call EVGA EU at +49 89 189 049 - 11
20 minutes of international call and no one answer the phone!
I am starting to getting tired.

I'm not sure about international calling but for north America they stopped doing 24 hour support because of covid. They don't open their phone lines for us for another 2 hours if that helps any

This is what RMA's page says:
"In urgent cases, we would like to ask you to contact us by telephone on +49 89 189 049 - 11, you can reach us Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m."
I tried 2 times today...

LOL is a 3090 FTW3 killa.  GTA V has also been known to kill.

It's not a pst time, EVGA EU is located in Germany (+49)

Two of my 3090ftw3 ultra died from playing league of legends. It’s the only game I play. First card was red lips lasted about two weeks. The RMA card lasted about 3 days and was black lips. I will continue playing league because again it’s the only game I play and really enjoy. Same exact issue you are having with exact same power slot.
