Flashed my 3090 FTW3 Ultra rev 1.0 to the HydroCopper Bios and tested with Kombuster and quick test and bamb.. 500 watts and holding!  
 
Prob would of worked prior but was too busy testing with 3Dmark and only seen around 460watts.
 

I can't be without a GPU but hot damn that's ridiculous... every day I'm without one is hours lost for actual work... 5050 CAD...

Can't get that anymore.. no idea why. Went to older drivers I used prior thinking thst was it and no difference.. flashed back to the default stock bios and nope..

I don't have any other older Kombuster on my pc so don't understand it.

EDIT: It was Furmark Donut! That's why.

Important update 3/19/21:
Newer EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA cards will be shipping with the XOC BIOS already loaded on the secondary position. The below BIOS should ONLY be installed if your card DID NOT already have it applied.
 
 
 
We have a new BIOS that increases the maximum Power Target. This BIOS is only intended for the extreme overclocking user and does not have any other changes. Please note the following:
 

• This update will increase the power consumption while overclocking, and is recommended you have adequate cooling and power (850w+ Gold minimum) when using this.
• EVGA does not guarantee any performance increase or overclock while using this BIOS update.

BIOS Instructions (Windows Installation):

• Download the correct .zip file below for your graphics card below.
• Extract the files to a location on disk.
• Make sure no programs are running in the background, and double click Update.exe
• Press "Y" to begin the update.
• DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR RESET DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS!
• After update, restart PC.

I try to download your bios and run it, but only showing blackscreen for hours after i begin the update.
I press the keyboard, and it said update was aborted.
Any help?

Issue on both bios (new and old) 3090 FTW Ultra Gaming. 
 
Can not reflash bios either old or new.

My RMA'd 3090 with serial starting 2219 is on the way. My 2014 card from 11/20 died last week. Is there any information regarding 2219 cards?

This won't tell you anything.  RMA graphics cards receive a new serial number from our RMA department before going out.  Every 30 Series card being sent out currently starts with 2219.
