Your situation may be an outlier? Or maybe mine is, but I play cyberpunk at +1300 Ram and 2050 core all day long. The card will only draw the watts when it needs it.

yea cyberpunk I get above 2000mhz, I'm hitting CPU limits in that game and GPU is under 100% load all the time, Borderlands 3 drops slightly below 2000mhz at times and so does RDR2. what are your temps while playing, and what fan speed? once my temps go past around 73c clocks start to hit 2010mhz, then temps climb even higher and it's over. drops below 2K and stays there untill the next CPU bottleneck give the GPU some breathing room.

I installed a Hybrid card today on my 3090 FTW3 Ultra with a working 500W bios. Just wanted to share my results with you guys. If your thinking about buying it do it! I reused the stock brace as it seems to lock down the block better and replaced the thermal paste with some Thermal Grizzly. Whole process took about 2 hours taking my time to clean. I have one concern and its with Msi Kombustor, After running it for 10 min my GPU2 temp was VERY high (Ram on the back of the card). In game I see anywhere from 10c-18c lower temps. Call of duty runs at 55c now! Pretty happy with the results for only $150 (after taxes). All my scores will be linked below 3dmark scores are now almost 15,000!!!

My temps in Kombustor after 10 min at 1440p, See the GPU2 running pretty toasty. Might need to switch up the thermal pads on the back of the card.

In games my temps do not go over 60. I use px1 500w oc bios, and have the fans set to auto. I do have a good amount of case fans - but the card on auto fans during cod never goes above 60 and I am 200+FPS at 4K 2055+ core 1300+ Ram

You do not get 200fps. I get under 200 fps at 1440p with everything maxed out.

I do get 200 FPS dude - you don’t know what you are doing and that’s pretty obvious by your subpar 1440 results, lmao

It seems that you are talking about different games, and in the origin post they didn't mention game and hardware settings. It's difficult to get 100+fps at real 4K (16:9, not 21:9 1440) in COD Cold War with DLSS off and Ray-tracing on
