We have made some changes to the checkout process for EVGA.com 30 Series orders. Now we are using a queue based notification system.
 
To sign up, use the notification button on the product you would like to be notified for. For everyone who already used the notify button previously, you are already entered. Once product is available (and it is your turn to purchase), you will receive a secure email that will allow you to purchase the product that you received a notification for. Please note that you have 5 hours to place your order, if your order is not complete within 5 hours, the product will be released back into queue system.
 
Also note that your email address that was used for the notify system MUST MATCH an email that has a registered EVGA account, if an account is not available with that email, you will need to create one before you can purchase.

This is how it is done. I am greatful for this! I did notification for both the FTW3 Ultra 3080/3090. I would be happy with either, and that is really the card I wanted so whichever becomes available first, I will purchase. Keeping me team EVGA!

Is there a way to confirm that I signed up for the notification? If not does submitting it again reset my place in line?

Same question. I'm 99% sure I signed up to be notified a week or 2 ago, but I've not received any notifications yet. Is there a way for me to verify I'm signed up for notify? And if I sign up to get notified now will my place in queue be reset?

Jacob confirmed it goes by your earliest entry.  So if you're not sure, go ahead and do it.  

Another question is it one sign up site wide or are the queues different for each card? Pretty sure I signed up multiple times for 3080 ftw and ultra.

What happens if I receive my notification to buy but I already have a rtx3080 on reserve via step-up program? Is there a way to expedite the step-up program instead?

What happens to those that did notify me on multiple cards? ex: xc3 black, xc3 oc, ftw3 ultra?
