Did they promise you anything? No. Did they take your money for a place in line? No. First and foremost, they are an American company. Which market do you think they should fulfill to first? You have cards that you can get over there that we have no way of getting. I feel that EVGA is doing a nicety by even exploring the European market.
"Did they promise you anything?" YES, they created the queue and declared that it would have priority. Somehow they forgot to add that only for Americans.
"Which market do you think they should fulfill to first?" First, they should fulfill what they have committed themselves to and not divide clients into better and worse.
"You have cards that you can get over there that we have no way of getting." Really? Show me! By a strange coincidence, although probably none of the cards are produced in the US, this is where the most of them are and they are the cheapest.
"I feel that EVGA is doing a nicety by even exploring the European market." So out of kindness they won't ask for money from us? Or the prices will not be higher than in the US? In one store where I can buy 12G-P5-4877-KL it costs ~ 1500 USD and how much does it cost in the US? Because on the EVGA US website ~1000USD.
With the American queue already largely completed, what is stopping them from taking on the European one?
I'm not going to offend anyone, it just makes my blood boil when I read such nonsense or PR BS like "Restocked & Reloaded" from nGreedia and its accomplices.

Sir,
Are you, by any chance, from Alabama or some neighboring state?
Me? Absolutely not, I am from a beautiful place in the middle of Europe where I cannot legally buy nvidia FE cards or from AMD Direct because both companies have been breaking the European regionalization ban for almost two years and selling only to selected ones. So no chance for a GPU in msrp.
