I'd like to make sure I understand this correctly, because I purchased a 3090 from evga, i'm not able to upgrade to a 3090ti ?

Answered your question in the 3090 Ti thread.

How is the queue, the same as the step up program?

Here is a bit of info for anyone in the market for a Samsung G9 Neo...
I have:
G9 Neo 5120 x 1440 240hz HDR 10bit color
Asus VG259QM 1920 x 1080 280hz HDR is useless XD
Aoc 1920 x 1080 60hz walmart special from a decade ago or something like that
Surround sound receiver for lossless 5.1 digital output through HDMI
Aoc and receiver is duplicated
All the above doesn't work cause apparently my RTX 3090 kingpin doesn't have enough bandwidth output for it
I can set the G9 to 120hz and it all works fine
Or I can turn off my Asus panel and G9 works fine 240hz
Or third option would be one other output disconnected ie: Aoc or receiver

Just a heads up for multi-monitor peeps eying that beautiful Samsung G9 👌

No GPU has the pixel clock bandwidth currently. It's listed in the specs.

It's not. He never mentioned the Step-Up. See his question in my link, he was asking about the queue.

I thought you weren't allowed to Step Up within the same series?  I have a 3080ti and am in the queue for a 3090ti....But my understanding is that if I had bought a 3090, then I wouldn't be able to Step Up.

His question was about the queue, not Step-Up. As for your question, on the Step-Up page, EVGA shows you can Step-Up a 3090 to a 3090 Ti.

The g9 neo has like 95% of the pixel count of 4k roughly
I see that a single connection has limitations as I already know due to bandwidth capacity, I don't see anything about max CARD output limitations IE
Combined bandwidth of all display outputs
One G9 at max res and hdr and refresh rate is within the limits of one DP 1.4a port+DSC with room to spare
One 1080p panel at 240hz is similar to one 4k panel at 60hz then 2x 1080p panels at 60hz is roughly equal to 4k at 30hz
So I have 4k 240hz plus 4k at 60hz plus 4k at 30hz for total bandwidth out of card
That's with dsc on the first and the rest is well within limits of dp 1.4a/hdmi2.0(2.1)
EDIT- btw I never knew there were still limitations when using all 4 ports on the gpu, specially with mix of 1080p with single high res display

I now have my phone number issue resolved, but the purchasing window expired and now the link provided for the direct purchase isn't working anymore. I e-mailed back to EVGA and waiting again for their response to eventually give me extended time to place the order since I could't due to the phone number issue.

Should not be an issue. EVGA doesn't send out emails to purchase over the weekend, so your invite didn't get passed to anyone.

Anyone knows aproximately what are the shipping fees for EU ? And if they use the country postal system or they use some kind of courier like DHL or UPS ? ( haven't ordered directly from evga before )

I think generally it's UPS.

Netherlands = DHL, EUR 15.99

I found a notify for the 3090TI in my junk mail, F. When I go to the product page to notify it's not there. What are my options?
