Yes they will go back into the email pool. Right now there will only be email/notification releases from evga.com. You will still be able to find it at etail/retail also.

Is there any way to know how many people are in queue?
I know it might be a very long queue. But it will at least let people know when they should be expecting a email from you guys.

As for me and many of us, we are tired of waiting on newegg or similar sites to RNG my chance at getting a card (and it might not even be the one we want)

lets say I was already notified back then before this system was implemented for a card but I couldn't buy it
I remember I clicked notify me maybe like 2-3 times a week ago but it only ever gave me an email once and of course once I clicked the link it was already gone...
would the system notify me again under this new system ?

They should let you buy a card since you have had an account since 2007. Maybe if 1 out of 3 cards shipped went to Elite Members or something.
 
An app that notifies you is pretty essential for this sort of thing.
 
Your idea of being able to pick when your window would be is pretty good.
