This gives hope to those of us who sold our 20 series cards weeks before the launch and still have not even gotten close to snagging a 3080.  Thank you EVGA for at least a shot at it.  This has been miserable.

This is a cool system, but for instance is there a queue position tracker? If not I mean if I were to go to sleep and I get emailed during the middle of the night while I would otherwise be sleeping I'd be pretty pissed off. Probably moreso than seeing "sold out" after I hit add to cart instantly heh.

And I hear ya. Sold my FTW3 2080 Ti to get one of these.
Now we'll finally actually get a real chance.

Don't lose hope just yet. The first week of November is when we'll either see hope rise to become a hero or die a brutal death in front of all of us who want a card.

It could be worse. I've had 2 added to cart. 1 made it to shipping. Then wouldn't go any further and kept crashing.

I was seriously looking at other options (beyond EVGA) for the 3000 series, basically going with whomever had the cards available first... not anymore!
I'll happily take my place in line and buy a product from a company that cares to get its product in the hands of ACTUAL consumers and gamers, not resellers. 
 
Quick question Jacob, what's going on with the red accent on the tail end of the cards? I heard rumblings that this is changing?

Look at all the new sign ups. Lol wow! The scalping army is ready!!!! Maybe adding Elite member as well to the rule could help. 

So I'm still included in the notification system even though I registered a 3080 FTW3 Ultra that I purchased from NE?
