Tis a barren GPU wasteland out there.  Beyond a random single card drop here and there and the NewEgg shuffle there are just no cards out there.  Better hope you live near a Microcenter.

I sold my 3080 since i finally got the notification for 3090 xc ultra hybrid but after a quick research i found too many post complaining about 3090 xc ultra s  performance.Some people getting lower benchmark scores than 3080 ftw3 ultra. Is this card really that bad in terms of performance?

There's a thread of someone else trying to get the most out of that card with quite a bit of testing if you're interested.

It shouldn't be worse than a 3080 no, but I haven't seen a review of that exact model.

You are talking about a 3080 with 3 power plugs vs a 3090 with two plugs, bound to be some differences in performance then you would normally expect

waiting since 10/29 for my notification on the black RTX 3070 but at this I am this close to simply taking my name off the list and using that money I would have used for a card for other things I need in life. I feel bad for those that need the card because personally it was always a want and not a need. I just can't believe 4 months in and I am still waiting. Good Luck to others because I am bowing out since honestly I don't need it

I had a dream last Saturday night that I got my notification email for my queue. When I woke up in the morning, I jumped up and went to my PC to check for the email. Sadly, it hasn't come in. 23 hours to go on my queue.

My situation is, back on 9/16 signed up for RTX 3080 gaming, still using a GTX 1080 it was "a want", fast forward to November 27th GTX 1080 dies, the gpu market goes belly up cant get a hold on any descent gpu performance or price to replace the 1080. Borrowing my brother's old GTX 960 2gb to get by..... No store close enough to have a chance grab something ,all online retailers sell out instantly when stock comes in. Today still in the same boat... If my GTX 1080 didn't die, waiting would have not been that big of a deal.
