Hopefully EVGA does something special for previous KPE owners... maybe a little head-start on placing our orders? *hint hint* *nudge nudge*

Not usually, they are too limited for step ups. Im sure you were wondering why, not trying to step on Sajins toes.
@GTXJack.....yeah, thats the perfect gif for that! I think evga should do a contest where they let one person win that whole table, as is!

Hard pass on the Kingpin this time (and in the future) after 2080Ti KP's lost almost all of their value within roughly 15-16 months after launch. They just won't sell anymore unless for 30% of the price.
Looks like the meta woukd be to buy the absolute cheapest model of the 3090 or buy an FE, these seem to retain the most value.

The meta this go around is to buy a 3090 TUF, shunt it (or give someone $50 to shunt it for you), and plug it into an EVC2 for unlocked voltage control.  Basically a KPE for MSRP 3090 price.  The 2x8 pin and the pcie slot can probably tolerate 800W total before things get spicy...and I think the overall VRM design would start maxing out at that wattage anyways (50A x 18 stages?).

EVBOT to use with the Kingpin cards to do the same as EVC2 hasn't been sold for what?  5+ years?
