I still think ftw3 and sc2 have something going for them but, yeah kingpin is worth it sometimes.

In a world full of overpriced graphics cards, it must be amazing to have a kingpin card that can overclock with up to a 150% power limiter.

How dangerous is a 150% power limit to the longevity of the card.  Seems like you'd be stressing some components (caps/vrms?)

I think the concept here is a GPU built to endure the stress of OC.

I understand the concept, I'm just curious as to how successful it was.  Any reports of failures or degredation (unlikely).  Usually with parts like this they run great until something fails, and then it's catastrophic.

At least if you register your card with EVGA in the first 30 days of purchase you get a 3 year warranty on the card if it fails in that time period
