(resolved) New build need help with installing windows

So I just built my new pc and trying to install windows 11 pro from a USB. It gets to 10% then freezes. I tried several times as I reset the pc and still no luck... Side note.... My case came with 2x headers for usb 3.0 yet my motherboard only has 1 input. How do I get the other 2 usb to work on ..
