it appears you don't know how newegg works. allow me to enlighten you. this means the item is EOL: 

 
when you check your newegg invoices for previously purchased items, links to any EOL items will be greyed out. like this:

Could be. I just checked and all that Newegg itself has to offer, even though it’s out of stock, is the 3090 XC3 Black. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Might as well start the queues now. They might have enough time to get a 4 series card to people that's sign up 30 days after it opens before the 5 series comes out.
