shorty speaking my RTX 3080 12GB FTW3 Ultra died. I started my RMA via the shop where I bought GPU on the 27th of February. I've received information that my GPU was sent to the service in Munich Germany 6th of March.
Question: How long does EVGA have time to process my RMA, I can't find any information about it... And I feel it took a while already.
Any information regarding this problem will be helpful.
You will have to ask them directly at
supporteu@evga.com as they are the responsible branch for local RMA and nobody on here (this is
NA centered forum) will know.
They should have already provided some information within that month via email if they have no stock of cards to send you instead or if there was any other reason for the lenghty process.

EU resident here btw, have done a few RMAs now myself with them, familiar with the process and some details)
PS: Actually after giving it a quick thought, since you didn't initiate the RMA directly with
EVGA yourself (which is possible and would be more optimal), they will not send anything to you, not sure if they could even if you ask. You will have to go through the shop and keep asking them about it.
