MSI ActiveX Service Usage

MSI_ActiveX_Service Just noticed this service was using a high amount of the CPU, is this normal and if not then how do I fix?

    From searching, it seems to pertain to MSI X-Boost which boosts the performance of any storage or USB device connected to your system, like RAM Drive and Momentum Cache does..I think you should be able to enable or disable 'Run X-BOOST when Windows Starts' in the MSI Dragon Center..I see other users have complained about it too and just disabled it without issues.

    Uninstall any MSI utilities you have installed.
