I switched to Grizzly Kryonaut some time ago and have been pleased with the performance.

MX-5 is new right? I've used MX-4 for quite a few years and have found it very reliable with very good performance, also one of the easiest to apply (and I've tried many over the years), so I'm assuming MX-5 will be along the same lines. My most recent build I also switched to Grizzly Kryonaut and performance-wise I have no issues, but it's a bit of a pain to apply - seems like it wants to stick to anything except what I want it to stick to, lol.

Grizzly Kryonaut? I got mine from Amazon, but be aware that there have been a number of instances of counterfeit Grizzly Kryonaut out there recently which are definitely not good quality. If you buy from Amazon, make sure it is Amazon selling it and not a third party shipping through Amazon - I would not have purchased it otherwise. Looking right now, it's only 3rd party so I'd avoid it until it comes direct from Amazon (shipped and sold).

Kryonaut application works better if you warm it up a little, in the sun, your pocket, under one of my sleeping cats that always help and supervise my builds.

Yeah I noticed on a recent thermal materials review that K|ngP|n's tim is rated right near the top (which I guess makes sense), although maybe aimed more at LN2 setups.

I used MX-4 for my build. After doing a full loop teardown two years later, it was still the same consistency after running solid daily overclocks. It's not the highest performer, but it's great for long-term use and stores very stable.

Never had a problem with MX-4, no matter if it was a cpu or gpu.
It may not run the coolest temps compared to some of the bunch but it's reliable.
