EVGA Precision X1 LED WONT CHANGE !

at first it worked but when i rebooted , i could not change the color anymore or what so ever , its really annoying can someone help me ?
this is how it was looking for 1 days  
 
now this is how it look :  
also i have the latest verssion of X1 and LED is installed , dont ask me foolish question , yes the card is well plugged in and yes it has the right pcie cable
PALIT GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER WGRPcomputer specs :
MOTO: prime x570-pro
CPU: Ryzen7 3800x
GPU: 2080 RTX Super
PSU: Corsair 850Watt RMX
RAM: DDR4 Gskill 3600mhz

    Welcome to the Forums...
