i won evga prizes on twitch friday have not heard back from my reply just do not want to miss out on claiming them. happy holidays

    EVGA will probably contact you sometime this week. They are extremely busy with the holiday season and will take a little bit longer than usual to get back to everyone.

    There is another thread about this where an admin was verifying they got peoples email. It's just a matter of waiting. You can maybe post there to get verification that your info made it to them. 
     
    I will say though I know this is their job and it's normal for them, but for us winners it's exciting and rare. An auto response to that email that just says he we got it now you wait would be a useful thing I bet. 
     
    That said I would be shocked if they shipped before the new year. Lots of weekends and holidays then EVGA is closed from the 31st to the 7th.

    well got a reply went to my profile but there was nothing to click on to claim maybe i am doing something wrong -update just showed up and i claimed it thanks for the hard work yall do EVGA
