I just came from newegg web reading reviews on EVGA GPUs, i commend evga CS FOR DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, some people have a bad experience and all heck breaks loose, who do they blame on first impulse! [EVGA], and then they gripe they get bad CS! are ya kiddn me! i have never had bad experience even when i was the one that was wrong, noob, my inexpereince,,, but they [CS] was still nice about it. sure there will be DOAs, but come on some people can't seem to get the card to work, automatically the card is defaulty? or the temps are real high, or wont fit., if only they realized there not professionals, maybe with just a bad attitude.. i could never be a CS rep, keep up the good work, evga customer service ya are #1, and there is no question about that, p.s. and i havent purchased anything in awhile, i would love to, but disability inc just wont let me, just saying, i read plenty. seems like great team EVGA. I'll second this post. Ever since I started using them eVGA has been exceptional when it comes to service and products. When looking for my latest upgrade I even got in a minor disagreement with someone about choosing a different company since I insisted on an eVGA product. Keep up the good work guys. :)
