I contacted EVGA back then, they checked my Stinger serial number and told me that i could send it to them for RMA. I was lucky and they sent me a new one after they had checked and found that my Stinger was faulty.

That would be my 2nd RMA on this board (1st one was actually done via store).
I dont think it is a hardware problem because when I launch Arch Linux or Manjaro I have the full speed of my SATA!
So if I receive another board IT COULD work but thats not a 100%. Meanwhile I'm planning my future RIG and I expect to buy all the parts in July. So I think I will not curse Intel and EVGA for long now...
