Is your 5200mhz with an AVX offset?

No AVX offset. I just noticed, it appears I took the screenshot during a refresh of the HWiNFO window, that is why there are several values missing.

I can get within ten seconds of your Blender score but can't seem to beat it. I wonder if memory speed is factoring into that. 2269 cb R15 13:57.85 Blender I ended up at 5510 cb R20, but don't have a screen shot. At 5.3ghz no AVX i'm definitely in the realm of "benchmark stable" and nothing I'd run like that long term. It requires a lot more voltage to get past 5.1ghz fully stable.

Bumped VCore to 1.340, otherwise, same as 5200: Adaptive, -40mV offset, +25% VDroop, AVX0, VCCSA 1.285, VCCIO 1.275, others AUTO.
