So I got my Z370 Micro the other day to replace my ASUS z370-g (which displayed the correct resolution while booting) and now after I have configured it correctly to my knowledge (UEFI on; CSM off) it is still displaying the default resolution in either windows setup or the splash and windows boot screen. (running latest bios 06)
 
I have my Inno3d 1080ti X3 plugged into the second PCI-e socket due to layout.
 
Also, I would love the option to just have the EVGA logo displayed instead of the front of the box.
 
this would be an improvement
