DIMM2 slot on my motherboard is not working. (purchased 7/26/17)
I have tried two different, functioning DDR4 3600MHz sticks.
I am trying to submit a support ticket but I don't have my serial number?
I do not have the box, so how do I find the serial number on the product? Attached is the CIN?
Solved the above, still need support on the said below.

Received 2 antennas, the manual does not show how to install these, can anyone provide instruction?

I agree that the antenna installation should be included in the manual. Here's what I did (might be completely false, but both WiFi and Bluetooth work for me):

First remove the screw that holds the plate and the m.2 wifi/bt card and remove the card itself. Than take your two antenna cables and put them on the links on top of the card. There is no dedicated WiFi or BT cable nor slot, so the order does not matter. How to join the cables? Well, I have no good advise on that, I was just playing with it until they snapped into place. Some pressure might be required.

After that, put the card back to the board. For the antennas, you will find 4 additional component: 2 spacers and 2 female screws. Put the spacer on the connector than put the connector through the IO shield (so the spacer is inside the case) and than screw the female screw on the connector (so it will be outside the case). Tighten the screw really well! If you don't, when you are putting the antenna on the connector, you will end up rotating the connector (and as a result, the antenna cable too, that looks really fragile to me) instead of tightening the antenna. I used a torque wrench.

I hope this help somewhat. Good luck and please get back to us with your experiences.

Best Regards,

...and BTW... Are you sure that's the correct S/N on the picture? It seems several digits too short for me...

jtalas,
Thank you for the picture and explanation! Truly appreciated! I will try it out and let you know. Thanks again!
I was able to find the S/N on my NewEgg invoice, started the return process.

Evga, I am extremely frustrated with your website, and now I am unable to submit support tickets...
I received a number (287XXXX) to submit with my RMA request. This number did not work when trying to submit.
Only today 11/23 was I able to get it to accept the number.
The next step is to upload my invoice. I have attempted to do this 6 times with no success. (Firefox, Chrome, and IE)
I reviewed the guidelines for invoices and I believe I am within acceptable prerequisites but it does nothing when I submit.

I cant submit a support ticket, and I cant upload my invoice.
Can I just get a customer service e-mail and communicate via e-mail? This is becoming a nuisance.

Hello,

I apologize for the trouble with the website, depending on the time of day there are several maintenance programs that run automatically throughout the day and may cause errors. I see that you have submitted a ticket and have an approved RMA so no further action besides following the RMA instructions sent via email is needed at this time. You may also email your invoice at any time to support@evga.com  I apologize for any inconvenience.

Everything is security.
