So I bought EVGA Z15 about a year ago and now suddenly led on my keyboard have started to behave weird along with some of them failing.
I tried searching the forum first but had no luck, so I'll try to describe my problem as much as I can.

Issues I'm facing:

1. STUCK LEDs
Some of the LEDs are stuck. When I completely lower the brightness they remain brightly lit or dimly lit in one specific colour. The color stuck doesn't change and is always the same. 

 
2. RANDOM GLOW

If I use the lighting effect trigger or static light on individual keys, some keys again light up dim again. In this photo, I have only selected "K" key led to light up, the rest are off.


3. FAILING LEDs
Some LEDs are simply failing. in about 4 LEDs, blue is dead. In 2 LEDs, red is dead.


The sad part is all of this happened in the span of 3 or 4 days. started with the "F" key red led dying and then stuck LEDs popped up. Now more LEDs are dying or getting stuck.

Any answers or suggestions would be appreciated. 

Had this issue too, had to RMA it. RMAed one randomly stopped working after a month or so. RMA it again. 3rd one LED suddenly not working today. Worst product I ever had. Not going to touch EVGA brand again.
