Hello.
Purchased EVGA Z10 Brown. using it with Windows 10 Home on HP i7 computer.  Both USB plugged in at back of computer.
I shut down computer, and turn it on later, the computer will not recognize keyboard.  Unless i unplug USB and plug it back in, then it works fine.

I have installed   Driver Version: 1.0.19
used the program to reset driver, and reinstalled the driver.  Nothing has solved the problem.

Anyone have a solution how to fix this issue? or Do i need to return this keyboard

Any help would be appreciated

Did you remove the HP Mouse and KB Software?
I have 6 in use and none have had this issue.
I do have an Issue with AIDA64 Extreme on Exit so I have to pull the KB USB out and plug it back in and all is Fine.
On Power Off and on Power On I have not seen any issues.

I will remove it when I get home
I'm guessing remove HP mouse and KB from device manager
I don't remember seeing any software for those

thank you

If I recall HP installs it on the Base Image, but that depends on the HP Model.
Check inside of Add and remove programs to see what HP Software is installed.
I had issue with the Touch Pad Software so I did uninstall it.
