XR1 Pro will not turn on

I purchased this device a week ago and got it set up with OBS for my nintendo switch. I had been able to successfully use this device until today. When I tried to turn on my device by plugging in the USB-C the device will not power on. Computer does not see that a device is plugged in and the lights on the device do not turn on. I have double checked to make sure my USB ports work with my other peripherals. What can I do?

    It could be a hardware fault. Please contact EVGA tech support for assistance.

    I think I isolated the issue with my cable the one thats USB-C to two USB-A cable not working. when I use another USB-A to USB-C cable the device will turn on and also work on OBS. Is there any reason to use a cable with two USB-A vs using a USB-A to USB-C or USB-C to USB-C?
