Hello There,

I Hope you are doing well today.

I just Bought a XR1 Pro off Amazon and it works great, the only issue is that I can't use HDR when using the capture card. if i enable it the screen just turns off and my second screen starts flickering for a while then it turns on again with no HDR and with the lowest Resolution there is, and after that I can't even go back to 4K no-HDR. It stays like that until I re-install the graphics driver. I updated it to the latest firmware and still having the same Issue, either i use it without HDR or it crashes when enabling it.

Is there any fix or something I can do, or is the card that I bought a semi dead card?
My specs:
LG Oled C1 48"
Zotac RTX 4090 amp extreme
ROG Strix z790-e gaming wifi Motherboard
Intel i7-13700k
32GB 7000Mhz G.Skill trident Z DDR5
Acer GM7 2TB PCIe Gen 4 Nvme SSD

Thanks for helping in advance.
