The boot device not found error will only show up when you are running legacy mode as opposed to a uefi boot. The BIOS is popping up because it cannot boot from the drive for some reason, and the only logical remaining boot "device" is to return to BIOS. You may have a defective drive. Its very odd that you cannot boot from it. I suggest trying it one more time. Plug in your Win10 installer USB, run the install, when it gets to the point of needing to restart, hit "yes" and unplug the USB. It *should* boot from the SSD at that point.
