Just got a system update, now the scroll wheel doesn't scroll up or down at all. Using X15 mouse firmware v1.43 and latest unleash RGB software . Tried resetting to factory defaults. Scrollwheel Up/Down refuses to work in any program. 
 
I take that back it's NOT running the latest RGB software I thought it had upgraded but it did not because it is still running 1.0.18 because when I try to upgrade to 1.0.19 it crashes with the message:
 
"My exception message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Access to the path 'Global\Unleash RGB' is denied." (repeated twice)
 
It works with 1.0.18 but not 1.0.19. 
 
I am afraid the 1.43 firmware update failed or somehow damaged my mouse as it does not work properly on other computers not just this one. Is there a way to force firmware upgrade?

Connect non-evga mouse to system, scrollwheel works instantly. It is only not working with the evga x15 mouse. 
 
Windows 11 Home version 10.0.22000
 
edit: nevermind seems OS has nothing to do with it as I plug the evga mouse into another computer and still the scrollwheel doesn't work. Its odd that it stopped working completely at the same time the OS updated but maybe that was unrelated, I don't know. Is there any fix?

Sorry say you describing pretty much same problem I was having with my Mouse. Best call EVGA support and go from there. Pretty sure they will RMA it like they did mine.

I agree. If the mouse doesn't work in another PC and the mouse is under warranty contact EVGA support as mentioned in post 2.
