Dear Jacob, I'm writing to you from Italy. Do you think that the Evga Rtx 3090 will be available at launch on Amazon? Xc or ftw series?

I am first in line at Microcenter in Kansas City. They state they are getting 2 EVGA and 10-12 total AIB 3090's.
 
I would LOVE for one of those EVGA's to be a FTW3 Ultra but I am scared it is only going to be XC3. Either way if that is the case I can sell it later on and get say a KINGPIN at its launch. Been loyal EVGA customer for 7 years owing every gen GPU and other gear. Even have 2 EVGA posters on my wall in my office.

Still working on it. Can’t confirm the exact etail/retail but expect to see some stock on the 24th.

Best Buy has listings for September 24th, October 21st, and October 28th. 
 
It really stinks to be a user trying to buy an $1800 video card and feel like I'm not valued at all because I'm not a botter using a script to buy multiple cards. 

The lack of info and limit of cards is creating a toxic scalper happy market. Instead of us all sharing this awesome new tech as a gaming community. 

I really Microcenter has they have FTW3. The ONLY people camping out are the crazy enthusiast like myself. We want the best of the best. Not some "Budget" 3090 but oh well. I will get a XC3 on launch sell it for 2-3 times what I paid and get a proper card when they are released. This release has legit be sooooooooooo bad its is disgusting and not necessary. They could have waited until they had more than 10 cards per store like some sort of sick joke and everyone is being super hush about when and where their brand will be available because they know its bad. 
 
Just my thoughts. Maybe others love scalpers and waiting outside for days but not really my idea of how new innovative tech should be released. By not having top tier cards at release they are legit asking me to scalp my XC3 for a FTW3, hybrid, or KINGPIN down the road. Seems like a bad thing to promote.

This situation isn't ideal for anyone, and sure it sucks when you want to buy a halo product and lose out to some botter.  But it's not like EVGA is giving these bots VIP treatment, they hate this stuff just as much as we do.  It's just the logistical problems we face right now with really low supply and extremely high demand and people with the means trying to exploit that situation for self-gain.

i'll be checking through the morning but no product page for 3090 up yet~!

I got an XC3 Ultra 3090 after camping out 24 hours at microcenter first in line and they had ZERO FTW3's. I installed my XC3 and thought why is this thing so ugly? The RTX 3090 logo does not even light up at all!!!!!!!
 
it is like the took a 85 civic and someone put a Bugatti motor in it. My 1080 TI FTW3 looked 3x better and my 2080 Super XC looked 2x better.
 
I just spend $1,700 and got something that looks like a "budget" card. I hit up EVGA support. Why would the logo not light up? is my card broken? To me my PC is just as much a piece of art as it is gaming beast. Ive been EVGA fan boy but this really upsets me and now ii just want to scalp the card for $3,500 and get a STRIX after the crap EVGA pulled with this design and not giving their customers FTW3 cards. At least Asus said no STRIX until later. EVGA did NONE of it. Complete trash.
 
I would love for EVGA to comment on the design choice or if i can do a step up program to the FTW3.

Well whether 23rd or 24th, they were darn near impossible to get one.  :(

Launch was the worst launch I have every seen. Not only was stock stupid low. Best Buy got no cards from what i head and Microcenters had 8-16 cards each. I hate how EVGA was super secretive about the FTW launch. ASUS stated STRIX would NOT be out at launch EVGA said nothing about FTW. EVERYONE waiting in line for 24 hours was an enthusiast who makes good money. We have ZERO interest in getting a "budget" 3090. The word budget should not even be a thing for a 3090. NVIDIA markets it as a show off card yet EVGA had to make the XC cards the ugliest GPU i have ever seen and i have every gen EVGA card since 7 series. So not only did i spend a crazy amount on a GPU i got something that looks ugly in my case compared to the 2080 XC models. For 3090's there should ONLY be top tier cards. "budget" XC cards should be for lower tiers where people actually care about money. Us buying 3090's at launch wanted the best card possible and EVGA failed to deliver. I want 3 8pin power delivery and my 3090 logo to light up. So looks like ill be scalping my 3090 XC Ultra for a FTW or STRIX but after what EVGA pulled with this launch I am leaning towards STRIX. 

Whoever designed the XC 30 series is a joke, whoever thought "budget" 3090's for only option on release day is also a joke. Sucks i spent 24 hours outside and spent $1,700 to get something i do not want but then i see them selling for $2,500 or more so i will make money selling my ugly card. I guess this is what they wanted. EVGA just playing games and i do not like it
