For a $200 budget your best bet for a CPU liquid cooler is to go either with the Corsair H70/H80/H100 and some higher quality 120mm fans. It's a stretch on your budget though. Your Antec will do but unsure about it's stability. Hold off on your decision until you get a few more responses.

They already come with fans but I'd invest in higher quality fans if you have the means to. You want to look at the CFM when buying fans. That tells you how much volume of air it moves.

Which ones do you recommend? Also I don't bother fans having LEDs because... My pc looks dead without some lights lol.

Ultra Kaze fans are not high quality - they're quite the opposite.  I don't say that just because of the sleeve bearings, but also because how poorly they undervolt and how poorly they perform.  Despite the 45 DBA noise level at 3000 RPM, and whopping 133 CFM airflow rating, they have under 4 mmH2O static pressure.  Static pressure is important, since the higher this value means the more easily your fan's airflow will overcome air resistance (e.g., fins on the radiator).

The static pressure of the Ultra Kaze 3000 RPM is roughly equal to Yate Loon high speed fans and Cooler Master XtraFlo/BladeMaster fans - both of which are much quieter, smaller (25mm vs 38mm thick), and Yate Loons cost less and undervolt better.  XtraFlos also have fluid bearings.

I had a pair of Ultra Kaze 3k models on my Megahalems in push pull, with the rear case fan removed and lots of airflow in my chassis.  While my temps were fine, I replaced them with much quieter Panaflo U1 120mm x 38mm fans (2705 RPM/114.7 CFM/45.5 DBA, even though DBA level is the same they are much quieter and undervolt well) and my CPU core temps went down by around 7-9 degrees Celsius under load.  It helps that the static pressure of one of these Panaflos is around 9 mmH2O.  My CPU for these tests was an Intel Core i5 760 running at 4.2 GHz, with a mild VCore increase to 1.30625v.

Don't bother with the Corsair H70.  It's outdated, overpriced, and not worthwhile from what I've seen.  Antec's Kuhler H2O 620 is smaller and performs the same, and Intel promises that their upcoming liquid cooler with only one fan performs as well as the Corsair H70 with two fans.  Go for the Corsair H80.

As for fans, there is no need to replace the stock ones unless they're too loud for you.  If they are too loud, try the Scythe GentleTyphoon AP-15.  I've seen results in which people replace the stock Corsair Hydro fans for these, which are much quieter, and get virtually the same temperatures if not a tiny bit better.

The All in One Corsair coolers seem to be highly overrated in my opinion.  I have an H60 and it's performance is rather pitiful.  I'm sure if you have a 1200 and can attach the H100 to those back two fans for intake and you have it in a good location it may work very well.

Personally I would just recommend putting a Megahalems on it with two good fans.  That will most likely get you the best performance for your money.

Or the Noctua DH-14 but the color scheme of the fans killed it for my liking.

Go for Corsair, G.SKILL, or Mushkin RAM.  They have the best kits in my opinion, and they're said to have the best customer service.  If you plan to use an air cooling setup, get ones with small heat sinks otherwise your cooler might bump into them.

I'd rather have the Thermalright Silver Arrow instead of the Noctua NH-D14 since it supports a 120mm x 38mm fan in the middle, and the more dense fin towers will improve the amount of heat that can be dissipated slightly.  You can find a list of compatible motherboards on their website (SA MCL 1007.pdf).

What about the Corsair Vengeance? I might buy those and not make any contact at all with the Noctua d14

I run the "Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System" push/pull config and it performes better than my Corsair H50.

The Vengeance heat sinks are too tall to be used with air coolers, but it won't be a problem with the H80.  With air coolers you want your RAM sinks to not extend much from the RAM stick at all.

Someone here tested most Corsair and Antec coolers.  The H2O 620 beat the H50, H60, and tied the H70.  The H80 however beat the Antec Kuhler H2O 920 at hardwareheaven by a few degrees, and the two cost roughly the same.

I suppose the Scythe Ultra Kaze is a hit or miss with some of the members on here... lol. But, nevertheless, members here are very good at recommending items on what you'll want/need on your budget.

Well like I said, performance was fine for me, but for a 3000 RPM 120mm x 38mm fan it's just pathetic.  You can get the same performance with less noise, with a higher quality fan, at a lower cost, all while taking up less space in your case.

gskill ripjaws are on the performance level of the vengence and are cheaper not much smaller but a lil bit so that helps with the air cooling but i would go with the antec 620 or if you have a $200 budget why not get a rasa r450 rs120 http://www.aquatuning.us/index.php/cPath/29_100_305
its 148.99 before shipping and you could probally find it cheaper if you look

For custom water cooling loops, people just use distilled water.  They do however have to add a biocide or silver kill coils to keep bacteria from growing in there, but the custom coolants by Swiftech, Feser, and others should always be avoided.  Custom water cooling is a whole different ball game though and requires a lot of research and time.

I would probably get the Venomous X or Megahalems over the NH-D14. The Noctua is hard to mount and its absolutely massive. I don't even think it will fit if you have all your ram slots filled up. You will have to mount it vertically, which sucks!

I had a Corsair H50 with some ultra kaze's and it performed "almost" as good as my TRUE (Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme)
That said, some of the newer model Corsair Liquid Coolers (H70, H80 or H100) should out perform the TRUE by a good amount. For a long time the TRUE was known as one of the best air coolers on the market.

heatercore $10 the pump is a Swiftech 655 and tubing is 1/2 inch . Pumps get one from a BMW or a Merc not the feeder pump the secondary. Heatercore is early 80 buick Riviera 240 mm X 140 MM + coolant tanks so two 120 mm fans will fit ,but a school bus HC will fit 3 120MM fans. Home Depot tubing is $10 Pumps can be had for cheap off a BMW or a Merc but get the secondary not the intank feeder pump. That set up you see has a 3C difference from idle to load. Good luck if you want any other suggestions or help jut PM me I would be meore then willing to help.
