Hey guy wondering, when you buy a card and have to pay the custom charges that include paperwork charges of hundreds of dollars, is there a way to set up doing your own customs paperwork to bypass those specific charges when you buy from evga outside of U.S.A.

From what I understand, you can't and shouldn't buy from EVGA's US store outside the US, because of those reasons. You'll need to buy more local retailer, or EVGA's EU store, provided you're in a location they sell too. I don't know of any way around all the customs fees, let alone a legal way to do so.

There is a list of authorized retailers to check for a lot of locations and that's what I'd recommend checking:

    https://www.evga.com/products/wheretobuy.aspx

in the end there really isn't any other option that I'm aware of.

Not really looking for a way around "taxes" and "customs fees" besides the 150+ dollar charge for filling out "declaration paperwork", usually you have the option to fill it out on your own or the company you buy from does this to save the extra exorbitant charge for the declaration paperwork.

You shouldn't be attempting to sidestep payment of customs and VAT from items imported into a country. I have purchased several items from the USA and had them shipped to Europe. I paid customs and import taxes on every item. I only do this with items in which I would save money despite the import taxes/customs. For example if an item goes on sale at a very low price in the USA and I know it is cheaper than in Europe with customs/import taxes applied then I'll buy it.

Normally if I have something imported I declare the correct value of the item. DHL, Fedex, or UPS send me a bill for the taxes/customs.

Not look side stepping taxes or customs fees it is the paperwork charges that are unnecessary, and when sending packages on your own accord you have to do yourself or can have ups do that for you for a fee "declaration paperwork". Now EVGA obviously allows UPS to do that for them but is a extra $150 + charge for filling out the paperwork when evga or fwd them to the customer so i can fill them out saving myself $150 + next time. Not looking to steal from uncle sam or aunty sally, even tho they are both Cu@ts.

Canada, i know taxes and customs charges are a thing of our life but the "declaration paperwork" ramming is ridiculous. if i remember that charge was more then the shipping and the taxes when we bought the kingpin.

I didn't know that UPS charged $150 just to file paperwork for export .(which cost is then past on to the buyer)
I'm not sure what would be involved in adding a system to let the buyer or someone else do it instead, but I'm guessing it's not possible atm, and isn't likely to be added.

If you choose UPS expedited or express shipping, the brokerage fees should be free.  It's only the slow "standard" shipping method which should have that preparation fee charged.

EVGA had an issue in the past where choosing the expedited shipping option didn't properly reduce the fees charged at checkout, but EVGA said that it was an error and that they fixed it. Please confirm that choosing "expedited" at checkout reduces the fee charged.

On September 18, 2019 LeeM from EVGA stated that it should be fixed.

See the issue in the image below?  The expedited and saver should not have almost the same fee at the bottom.

clearly this is wrong, and we're looking into it. I'd expect this to be fixed within a business day. If not, please let me know.

Please confirm that selecting expedited UPS at checkout provides you with a significantly lower fee.
