Other than the obvious extra PCI ports, is there any better performance, GPU scaling etc..

I apparently dont know how to edit, i forgot to add would the 4X sli version fit in a HAF 932?

 The 4X has 2 NF200 Chips so it can simulate 4(16X ) PCIe, but because of PCIe slot spacing needs a larger case ( with more PCIe slots), the HAF-X will work, 762 does not have USB3, a $20 EVGA add on card can resolve that, It doesn't have sata6, or the Marvel ports, ( but since they don't work well , for raid anyway ... ) For about 4 more days, ( unless they renew or extend it ) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5376741&CatId=4070

@ KMoore4318 - Some how i missed that and thanks for the image....awesome.... And yes i read about the HAF-X which is why im asking about HAF-932 because they are both full tower. But i really dont want to upgrade my case.

The classy 4 is a XL-ATX form factor. So you'll need to look and see if the HAF-932 is listed for that form factor. I have the Corsair 800D and it does not take the Classy 4 without modification. Really bummed as it was on sale at tiger for 279. So I ended up with the Classy 3 which is a EATX form factor.
Edit: just looked, the cooler master is NOT XL-ATX compatible. I think there are only like 9 or ten cases that are.

Even if you got it in the case, the fact that there are not enough slots would mean you couldn't use the slots. 760 In Haf 932  762 in Haf-X

Yup you need at least 8 slots , even if you can shoehorn it in a case like I did.
