EVGA's RMA Department does reserve stock of different models of our product lineups both old and new and we strive to replace your product with the same model you sent in for warranty.
If we are running low on the model you sent in for warranty rather than having you wait, our policy is designed to offer you the next model that we do have available in stock based on equal or greater performance. EVGA will not downgrade your product's performance,
With this in mind, every RMA is detailed case-by-case and if you do have any special circumstances: watercooling - SLI Configurations - low-profile cases - power supply limitations - please make sure that you are in contact with EVGA's Customer Support team as promptly as possible!
Make sure to let the representative or email support team know what kind of rig you are running. Include Case Sizes, Motherboard, CPU, RAM, PSU or any other components that you may have so they can help you.
The more details we know about you and your rig, the better we can support you!
