We used Seamless to order Burger King delivery, which we've done once before about 6 months ago. After waiting about an hour, we checked the app and it said it had been delivered about 30 minutes earlier. Contacted Seamless, they said the driver knocked at the door but nobody answered, and then he/she called us but nobody answered, so he/she left it outside the front door. We live in an apartment building, you don't 'knock', you use the intercom. Neither our home phone or cellphones showed any missed calls. I went downstairs - no food outside, and we have security cameras anyway - nobody delivered anything in that time frame. Sounded like the asshat delivering just decided to eat our food and say he/she left it at the door. Seamless tried to offer 20% off our next order as compensation, not a refund... seriously. That got me angry. By the time I'd finished with them, they gave a full refund (as they should) and are investigating the driver. Oh, and the phone number that Seamless listed for Burger King was a disconnected number. Smh.

Ha, that reminds me of my son last night. He also preordered it & was playing the BETA access - He quit in rage in less than 10 mins . He said he couldn't get used to the 'feel' of it. Gunplay, movement, TTK ,...all was so different he said.
