I'd like to upgrade the video card so I can run two dvi monitors and get the 1gb video memory. I have 500watt power supply so that shouldn't be a problem and I do video graphics, no gaming. But I'm concerned about the PCI-E vs PCI-E 2.0. Will the GT430 work on my system? #1 2 Replies Related Threads

GT430 may perform between a 7950GT and 7900GTX, at way less power. Like your 7600GS, there is no external power connector, so it won't use more power that whatever comes through the slot, 75W (6.3A at 12v max).
