Anyone know what the average turn around is for EVGA receiving a step-up card and then shipping out the new card?
I've seen someone say on Reddit that it's been about a week since theirs was received by EVGA but others here have had better luck where it's been about the same day or very early the next day.

I'm getting worried though, since USPS says that my package is arriving late (it was supposed to get there today), and I want to be able to play Cyberpunk all Thursday night (I paid for 2 day air).

At the latest I'd expect you to have it by Friday. Just in time for a weekend long binge :) I was an idiot and initially chose UPS Ground for my shipout method, so I'll be lucky if I'm playing by Saturday lol

Mine was dropped off Friday morning, still waiting for it to be updated to arrived on step up page. Just keep hitting refresh.

USPS still currently says Monday by 9PM, but the tracking history says "In Transit, Arriving Late". It's still like 9AM on the west coast, so I'm hoping for the EXTREMELY slim chance that it reaches them at some point today so I can have mine shipped out first thing tomorrow morning, but it is what it is. Tbh, I could've had the 3080 by tomorrow if I overnighted the thing on Thursday, but I wasn't willing to pay basically double the price just to have the card in a day or two early.

Oof, sorry bud. I had meant to pay for overnight but later noticed on the receipt that it 2-day. Guess I shouldn't feel any regret for that now. Still aint arrived but its currently out for Delivery. Hopefully putting my RMA number in bold letters on every side of the box helps!

Google sheet has a lot of notes saying "Hope i get it in time for Cyberpunk!" Some are next up in the line. So Cyberpunk finally gets here and time send my graphics card out to EVGA lol...

Just keep track of the Google docs form and be ready. Once you get that step 2, it's at most 2 more days until you can ship your card out, sometimes the day after according to people here. The people in queue get significantly less dense as EVGA goes through the list, so expect the hours/days to go by faster and faster every time there's a batch out.

EDIT: I shipped on Thursday night literally around an hour after getting my Step 5 email, and was supposed to arrive today at EVGA.

I shipped mine from Central California 12/3. It was delivered by UPS to EVGA on Friday 12/4. I just checked my account and if finally was marked as received 12/7. As of this post, still no outbound shipping update yet.

Really recommend using Fedex or UPS. USPS has been pretty unreliable for me over the last 6 months. I would not send anything of value though USPS. Had one laptop lost in USPS priority mail for a month another priority mail package delivered a week late, and another went from Portland, OR to Louisiana then finally delivered late to Utah.

I am still hoping mid to late January as someone who got Step 1 the 20th of September. Which is okay with me. I am thankful I had the ability to buy a 2070 super so I can raytrace cyberpunk in the meantime. While eventually getting a 3080 to have better raytracing performance.

My card arrived at Evga this morning and I got the tracking number for the new one around 5pm pst. Being in Florida it took awhile for my card to get there but the new one says 12/10 delivery so I'm happy.

USPS is SERIOUSLY underfunded. For some reason my package, coming from NYC, got sorted to a truck that went to Seattle. They really weren't lying when they threw out sorting machines. I wouldn't be mad if it got sorted to like Texas or any other state that's somewhat along the way of NYC->Cali, but my package really went all the way up north.
Dear EVGA, I wrapped my card in 300 tons of bubble wrap, but jesus if that thing comes to you guys damaged somehow, we know who to blame.

Ya... Back when I sent my card in it took 3 days to go from Dunkirk, NY to Buffalo, NY and then over to Rochester to get put on a plane was another day. This was on a Priority Express package. 4 days for what is less than a 2 hour drive. Then I had all the same thoughts about it being damaged because they had it so long etc So I was irritated with USPS. Then I had a FedEx package that the driver claimed "attempt to deliver." but FedEx had never even been here. You can call "support" and sure they can clearly GPS the Truck and see it was never here but you can't ever talk to the local station and if you think calling with get it delivered lol... You just never know.

i think in 2 months or so the GPU market will start to normalize snd EVGA should be able to put significantly more units toward step up.

Received my 3080 last night, both ends have a black bezel instead of the Red. Just wanted to mention it because someone had received a red recently.
