Unable to change RGB LED color in Precision

Hello,
I'm having issues changing the RGB LED on my GTX 1070 FTW HYBRID (RGB) (08G-P4-6278-KR).
 
I have updated the driver.  I did not see any BIOS update.
I have downloaded the latest Precision X software. 
I remember I was able to change it before.

    Yeah, it's ridiculous. I have a brand new 1070 FTW non-hybrid version and I can't change the colors on my card back to default. If I choose white, it changes the logo to green. I can't get all white like I want it to. I don't have the issue with my "Appearence LED" tab being grayed out, but still an issue.
