Ugly Dynamic Shadow lines Bioshock:Infinite w/DX11 - fine on High

Why does High look better than Ultra???
 
You also see the line move on Ultra... plus the shadows are blurry (I guess that's kind of the effect they are going for though) and the textures pop in hard with contrast upon getting closer
 
Is this intended ??? or a driver/game issue

    It looks like a problem with the drivers or the game since the difference is sudden.  I'd vouch that it's the game though.  I'll test that out too.

    I noticed it briefly too. Didn't really bother me as it went away quickly.

    I agree that High looks better then Ultra on shadows as well, also for some ODD reason it fixed the overbrightness issue a bit as well, the textures don't look as washed out now.
