(UK only) To ensure that your RMA can be successfully completed, please note the following: - Shipping with UPS/ParcelForce/DHL Express or Royal Mail. Customs clearance is not possible with other carriers. - Proforma Invoice for customs clearance can be requested from us after an RMA has been started. (UK only) To ensure that your RMA can be successfully completed, please note the following:
- Shipping with UPS/ParcelForce/DHL Express or Royal Mail. Customs clearance is not possible with other carriers.
- Proforma Invoice for customs clearance can be requested from us after an RMA has been started. Place 3 copies behind the customs declaration on the outside of the parcel in an envelope.
